This full-time role is based in Red Deer, Alberta, and requires 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience. You'll manage financial transactions, payroll processing, and ensure GST compliance while collaborating with the General Manager and external accountants. Your attention to detail will help maintain operational excellence and deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and reconcile financial transactions across auctions

• Perform reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts

• Monitor cash flow and manage payables/receivables

• Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits

• Collaborate with accountants for accurate tax filings

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years in bookkeeping or finance

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles

• Proficiency in Quick Books or similar software

• Strong attention to detail

• Willingness to travel for work
