Overview
This position performs a wide variety of professional administrative and complex analytical work involving the gathering of information, preparation, study and application of City budgets; and to perform duties involved in the research, statistical analysis and development of efficient financial systems. This role resides in the Financial Management Service Division, specifically providing support to Planning and Development Services, Scottsdale Stadium, Economic Development, Tourism and Events, Westworld, and Aviation.
Minimum Qualifications- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Three years' professional experience in finance, management analysis, budgeting, accounting, or a closely related field.
- Any equivalent combination of education and/or job-related experience that meets the minimum qualifications may be substituted.
- Preferred:
Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration or related field.
- Every person employed by the City of Scottsdale shall reside in the State of Arizona during his or her active employment by the City, regardless of whether the employee is approved to remote work.
