Role OverviewThis job is responsible for performing a variety of specialized functions across a team of Financial Advisors, such as business management, business development, wealth planning, investment management, or relationship management. Key responsibilities include providing quality client service, operations support, and executing problems where extensive analysis and evaluation is required. The role may include provision of residential mortgage loans, requiring SAFE Act registration and compliance with federal regulations.
EliteGrowth Practice (EGP) Private Wealth Relationship Manager
The position may be filled at a Trainee, Specialist or Senior level depending on experience. The Trainee is a non‑exempt position for a hire lacking required security licenses and/or designation. This training program develops and prepares candidates to further develop and service the FA Teams client base, eventually allowing them to become fully licensed and attain the necessary designations before taking on the full EGP Specialist role.
Responsibilities- Provide quality client service and effective operations support by resolving client issues and analyzing data to address risk issues and trends.
- Escalate issues and provide resolution on complex inquiries, requests, and problems related to client concerns.
- Document client interactions and provide team members with time‑sensitive updates.
- Attend client review meetings to capture notes, document in Salesforce, and track all actions/activities to ensure the highest level of client service.
- Provide advice and assist with training for team members.
- Either Series 7 and 66 licenses or Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses; must obtain all state registrations held by the Financial Advisor(s) and Advisor Team(s) they support.
- SAFE Act Registration (must register and maintain background check).
- Maintain a Form ADV‑2B.
- Obtain and/or maintain at least one firm‑approved designation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lead through collaboration and influence without direct authority.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proven ability to manage risk and support sound decisions.
- Ability to research escalated client issues for response/resolution.
