Mortgage Agent

This is a contract-based and remote position for a Mortgage Agent based in Ontario. You'll play a key role in helping individuals and families secure the financing they need to purchase or refinance a home. This is a client-first role where your communication skills, attention to detail, and drive to succeed will shine.

• Receive hands‑on training from experienced mortgage professionals
• Consult with clients to understand their financial goals and explain mortgage options.
• Identify and recommend suitable mortgage solutions from a wide range of lenders.
• Guide clients through the mortgage process, with ongoing support from senior team members.
• Stay up to date on mortgage products, lending guidelines, and market trends through ongoing training sessions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust, long‑term relationships, and referral opportunities.

• Licensed as a Mortgage Agent (Level 1) in Ontario or willing to take the required certificate course.
• Experience in sales, client service, or related financial services.
• Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) to effectively support clients.

Pay: $34,533.94–$ per year
