Hiring:
Financial Analyst (Lease Administration Specialist)

Location:

remote (Anywhere in India)

Immediate OR serving notice period candidates who can join in 10-15 working days are preferred.

• Manage lease administration activities and maintain lease databases
• Validate lease-related payments, invoices, and financial records
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance across lease documentation
• Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and record management
• Track lease obligations, renewals, and critical dates
• Handle day-to-day operational and administrative activities

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Lease Administration
• Strong experience in:
  • Lease Database Management
  • Financial Management & Payment Processing
  • Lease Documentation & Administration
• Minimum 23 years of Vendor/Client Management experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

• Extensive experience in Lease Administration
• Experience working with lease management systems
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
