The Vice President, Acquisitions & Capital Strategy will play a pivotal role in driving investment opportunities and managing capital strategy within the financial services industry. This position focuses on leveraging expertise in LIHTC affordable housing and a robust network to support property-related initiatives and strategic growth. Description Identify and evaluate new acquisition and investment opportunities within the LIHTC affordable housing sector. Develop and execute capital strategies to support the company's property-related initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and industry partners. Lead negotiations and structure complex financial transactions in alignment with organizational goals.

Collaborate with internal teams to assess project feasibility and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Monitor market trends and provide insights to drive innovative investment strategies. Prepare and present detailed financial analyses and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
