Description Identify and evaluate new acquisition and investment opportunities within the LIHTC affordable housing sector. Develop and execute capital strategies to support the company's property-related initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and industry partners. Lead negotiations and structure complex financial transactions in alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to assess project feasibility and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Monitor market trends and provide insights to drive innovative investment strategies. Prepare and present detailed financial analyses and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Proven expertise in LIHTC affordable housing and capital strategy within the financial services industry. A strong network of relationships with investors, developers, and other key stakeholders. Exceptional financial analysis and modeling skills. Experience leading negotiations and structuring complex financial transactions. In-depth knowledge of market trends and regulatory requirements in the property sector. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with senior leadership and stakeholders.
