Job DescriptionThis position supports the bank’s call center, providing exceptional client experiences and fraud prevention across multiple banks including the Bank of Jackson Hole, Bank Midwest, Community Banks of Colorado, and Hillcrest Bank.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist clients with questions, complaints, and banking inquiries across various channels.
- Provide online banking and bill payment support.
- Conduct probing questions and critical thinking to ascertain client needs and detect fraud.
- Adhere strictly to fraud prevention and compliance protocols such as the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
- Maintain accuracy, detail, and consistent communication with clients and team members.
- High School Education or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant job experience within a bank call center.
- Basic knowledge of call center protocol and client servicing experience.
- Basic level of work experience, knowledge, and training in a call center environment.
- Experience with bank call center/client servicing.
- 3+ years of relevant job experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Fraud detection experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build cohesiveness within teams.
- Logical thinking and analysis to provide appropriate solutions, including personal banking products.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for concise resolution of issues.
- Knowledge of digital banking tools and ability to guide clients in their user experience.
- Ability to manage difficult and stressful situations in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prioritization of competing demands and effective multitasking.
- Responsiveness and flexibility to adapt to changes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and vendor web solutions.
- Work from home/remote environment.
- Flexible hours: 8 am‑7 pm CT M‑F and alternating Saturdays 9 am‑2 pm CT.
