Portfolio Services Specialist

Position: Portfolio Services Specialist Hybrid Role

In this fixed-term position, you will oversee the servicing lifecycle of commercial and consumer lending. Your responsibilities include verifying transfers, processing property taxes, and maintaining accurate digital loan records. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners is essential to fostering strong client and investor relationships throughout the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify EFTs, transfers, and wires within authority limits

• Process property taxes on daily/weekly basis

• Manage mortgage and consumer lending operations

• Provide funding support for commercial transactions

• Maintain organized digital file records and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months in an administrative role

• Bilingual in French and English preferred

• Strong financial acumen, ideally in financial institutions

• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe

• Self-starter with strong time-management abilities
