Position Summary
As a Credit Card and Digital Payment Reconciler, you will work in a hybrid role at the Cumberland, RI office two to three days a week. Your responsibilities include identifying and resolving variances between CVS in‑store and online sales and settlement of various payment tenders (Credit/Debit, Venmo/Pay Pal, etc.), reconciling general ledger balances against bank activity, analyzing data, creating journal entries, researching payment inquiries, and verifying customer disputes.
Required Qualifications- 1+ years of accounting, analytical, or budgeting experience.
- 3+ years of accounting, analytical, or budgeting experience.
- High level organization, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to perform root‑cause analysis.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Access, Excel, and financial systems.
- SharePoint experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self‑motivation.
- Payment processing or settlement processing experience.
- Remote work or virtual collaboration experience.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Anticipated weekly hours: 40 hours. Time type:
Full‑time.
Pay range: $18.50 – $38.82 per hour (based on experience, education, geography, and other factors). This role is eligible for a bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program in addition to base pay.
