• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
• 1-5+ years of progressive experience in a related finance or accounting role
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and problem‑solving with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment across various functions and business areas.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience in building and maintaining complex data sets.

• CPA, MBA or relevant Certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance and PowerBI is an asset

This individual will lead forward‑looking analyses, identify key business trends, and deliver meaningful financial insights to help guide decision‑making and strategy execution.
