Position: Remote Controller at Revival Gourmet Foods

In this critical controller role, you will partner with site leadership to guide the financial management of our plant. Your experience in accounting or finance will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while ensuring strong internal controls. You will play a pivotal role in implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership for strategic financial modeling

• Own financial reporting, variance analysis, and presentations

• Lead development of the Annual Operating Plan and forecasts

• Oversee cost accounting structures and inventory management

• Drive continuous improvement and operational metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 5 years of progressive finance experience, ideally in manufacturing

• Expert-level MS Excel and strong MS Office skills

• Proven analytical and communication abilities

• Willingness to travel quarterly for key plant meetings
