Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a culture of analytics within the finance team

• Prepare impactful financial reports for management review

• Establish performance metrics and conduct variance analysis

• Analyze budgets and forecasts for all division entities

• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Professional accounting designation is essential

• 8+ years of relevant finance experience

• Proven ability in financial modeling and reporting

• Strong leadership and communication skills
