Audit Manager
For this specific opportunity, we are seeking talented professionals for full-time or seasonal work arrangement options.
We're looking for Audit Managers with experience in Financial Services industry verticals including Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, and Fintech. As an Audit Manager, you will further learn to lead, gain deep industry insight, and continue to grow relationships. With access to many resources and the support of executive leadership and your team, this is what your work includes:
- Responsibility of client relationships with a variety of clients to build positive relationships.
- Leading multiple teams and providing performance feedback to all members of those teams when engagements end.
- Anticipating and addressing client concerns and resolving problems as they arise.
- Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.
- Continue learning the latest developments and the firm's standards and policies.
- Staying on top of industry developments and their effects on client's competitive position.
- 5+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
- Experience working with Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, and Fintech clients.
- Strong organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills for handling multiple engagements and teams.
- Professional interaction with clients, prospects, all levels of staff, and colleagues.
- Ability to multi-task and handle concurrent planning, execution, and wrap‑up of engagements.
- Supervision experience of engagement team members and instruction on task completion.
- Licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or ability to acquire a reciprocal CPA license for that state.
- Capacity to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.

The wage range for this role is $91,400.00 - $ per year.
