Our Finance team works with teams across the company to ensure Danone continues to grow. By joining our Finance team, you will anticipate and evaluate the financial impact of decisions and find the right way forward. We are currently looking to hire an Analyst / Senior Analyst, Category Finance - Happy Family!
In this role your primary responsibilities will include supporting our planning processes (including actual reviews and forecast updates for our annual, quarterly and monthly processes), providing analytical support on financial performance and cross‑functional team requests (marketing/sales/operations/accounting). You will support the FP&A team to develop high‑quality commentary to communicate performance drivers and root causes of variance.

- You will analyze actuals performance and advise the team on forward‑looking adjustments.
- You will support the GPS forecasts, working closely with the team and our cross‑functional partners to develop and communicate those forecasts.
- You will support cross‑functional alignment and required reporting/management deliverables for the month‑, quarter‑ and year‑end closes as needed.
- You will grow yourself and participate in the improvement of financial processes and ways of working of the Business Unit.
- You will support the team in ad‑hoc analyses and support decision‑making process within the Happy Family BU.
The salary range for this position is $75k‑95k USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. This role is considered a hybrid position that allows for flexible work. While you may have the option to work from home on a schedule as agreed with your supervisor, you are also expected to regularly report to your assigned office location at least 3 days per week.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 4 years working in finance or accounting, with prior exposure to operations/manufacturing finance preferred.
- You have experience with standard cost accounting and variance analysis.
- You think systematically, have expert analytical skills and can deal with big data sets.
- You have expert Excel skills, with the proven ability to produce high‑end work products suitable for analysis and manage ad‑hoc requests.
- You can manage high complexity, numerous projects and can set proper priorities.
- You can work well on a team.
- You can work well cross‑functionally, helping to explain financial concepts to non‑finance professionals.
