OverviewThe Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) is a key member of the finance team responsible for providing financial insights, supporting strategic decision‑making, and improving financial performance across the organization. The role partners closely with business leaders to deliver forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis while translating financial data into actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify trends and opportunities.
- Interpret and communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to support informed decision‑making.
- Build and improve mechanisms that enable improved business performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and other finance teams.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to senior management.
- Interpret and present data insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Mentor more junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (required).
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with data visualization tool Tableau, ability to create dashboards, visualizations and reporting (preferred).
- Superior analytical skills, combined with business judgment and ability to communicate with a management team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Expected work location is the Safelite Home Office (7400 Safelite Way, Columbus, OH 43235). You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs.
