This 12‑15 week class program begins July
152026 and prepares trainees for the role of Loan Consultant. The program includes training in mortgage loan product selection, rate negotiation and locking, customer retention, and sales techniques. The training is followed by the required licensing, including passing the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act test and obtaining a minimum of three state NMLS licenses. Company covers licensing costs and study materials. Successful candidates receive a $1,500 sign‑on bonus upon passing SAFE before the hire date.

• Hybrid: office and remote work.
• Schedule during training: 8am – 5pm MST.
• Core business hours: 7am – 6pm MST.
• Overtime may be required during peak periods.

• Identify and qualify prospective borrowers.
• Conduct mortgage loan product selection and pricing.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and lock in the best financing options.
• Retain customers throughout the loan process.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communication.
• Implement process improvement ideas and meet deadlines.
• Maintain required NMLS licensing and continue to comply with CFPB rules.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of corporate office or related experience.
• Prior direct sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish skills highly preferred.
• Strong sales ability, negotiation skills, and customer retention focus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work on multiple computer screens.
• Self‑driven, organized, and a “can‑do” work ethic.
• Located within 60miles of Pulte Mortgage office in Englewood, Colorado.

• Starting pay: $24.04 per hour.
