Role Summary
The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role partners with financial advisors to provide seamless support to our clients. You will play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.

- Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
- Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Perform account opening, handle transfers, process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently under the direction of the financial advisor. Manage appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, handle correspondence, support marketing initiatives, update SOPs, and execute on the branch business plan.
- Technology: Demonstrate strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
