Role Summary

As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will provide administrative support to financial advisors and help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. Your key responsibilities include supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
  • Actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
  • Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
  • Provide exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions; resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Handle account opening, account transfers, and other requests directed by the financial advisor; process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Work independently, managing scheduling, preparing meeting materials, supporting marketing initiatives, updating SOPs, and executing the branch business plan.
  • Use technology including Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm-provided software.
