My client is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a proven track record of at least 15 years in accounting, and an active CPA license. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of financial management within a small to mid‑sized business environment, with the ability to provide strategic guidance and drive financial performance. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, allowing the CFO to work from home up to four days a week, while still maintaining a strong presence within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage risk.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the company’s financial direction.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
