Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Relationship Manager role based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site client meetings and office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients, understanding their financial objectives and estate planning needs. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, preparing proposals, presenting suitable financial and estate planning solutions, and following up regularly to review and update plans.
The role also involves coordinating with internal specialists, ensuring accurate documentation, and adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements. The Relationship Manager will proactively identify new business opportunities, participate in outreach or referral activities, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build trust with diverse client profiles.
- Solid communication and presentation abilities, with clear, professional verbal and written skills suitable for client-facing discussions.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs, interpret financial information, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client portfolios, follow-ups, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Understanding or interest in financial planning, wealth management, and estate planning (wills and trusts); relevant certification or willingness to pursue industry qualifications is an advantage.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and standard office software to manage client records and communication effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven, yet ethical and client-centric environment.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred; prior experience in financial advisory, banking, or client-facing roles is beneficial but not strictly required.
