Job Requirements
The Commercial Finance analyst will be responsible for supporting the Pursuit team through rigorous financial modelling of RFQ's & programs, pricing strategy & governance and portfolio profitability analysis. This role will report directly to the Commercial Finance Leader.
Work ScheduleRequires in-office attendance four days per week Monday-Thursday, with Friday designated as work-from-home.
Responsibilities- Pursuit/Program Management:
- Supports financial evaluation of customer quotes (RFQ) ensuring alignment with margin targets, return thresholds (ROI) and long-term value creation objectives
- Management of overall financial models including continuous improvement of model intelligence and any relative financial inputs
- Legacy:
- Management of profitability analyses set by commercial finance leader along with providing any insights and process improvements
- Management and monitoring of overall tariff volatility to pricing pass through impacts
- Consolidation and support of commercial forecast short to long term (3-month to multi-year forecasts)
- Overall partnering with the business leadership in regard to any commercial initiatives or analytics
- Management and monitoring of receivables to address DSO performance and past-due accounts with the commercial team to drive cash collections
- Coordinate with corporate FP&A and Data transformation team to develop and manage our global commercial data warehouse & reporting
- Responsible reporting and analyses set by Commercial Finance Leader of SG&A spend for the direct commercial and marketing organization

- Can translate complex financial analyses into clear decision framework for leadership to quickly assess
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required
- 1-5 years of relevant FP&A experience focused in a manufacturing setting
- Ability and excitement to navigate a complex, fast growing, global manufacturing and business environment
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Excel/Power Point
$62,000. to $78,000. USD
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
