The OpportunityWe are seeking an Investment Analyst with 3 to 10 years of equity research experience to join our international investment team. In this role you will deep-dive into international markets across the entire market-cap spectrum and heavily influence portfolio construction.
Primary Responsibilities- Deep-Dive Fundamental Research:
Conduct rigorous fundamental analysis on international companies flagged by Renaissance’s proprietary screening models. - Portfolio Influence:
Provide direct, meaningful input into security selection, asset allocation, and overall portfolio construction. - Sophisticated Communication:
Clearly articulate portfolio strategy, investment theses, and performance data to a sophisticated audience, including institutional clients, consultants, and external research analysts. - Model Innovation:
Assist in tracking, evaluating, and testing the efficacy of our quantitative models to ensure a continuous competitive edge.

- Credentials: CFA Charter holder or showing progress in achieving CFA designation.
- Experience:
3–10 years of experience conducting fundamental equity research across a broad, global array of sectors and industries. - Analytical Mindset:
Strong foundational knowledge of quantitative investment concepts, factor models, and structured processes. - Strong Communication
Skills:
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into compelling narratives.
