Manager, Plan to Perform (FP&A)The Manager, Plan to Perform (FP&A) leads FP&A/Enterprise Performance Management initiatives, driving strategic insight for finance leaders and ensuring the successful implementation of EPM/FP&A systems across the organization.

Dallas, TX - Remote work is available. Hybrid or remote work arrangements are offered with an expectation of 8 days in-person per month for employees within a 45‑minute commute of an office.
- Travel:
Up to 40%
- Lead conversations with finance leaders and executive stakeholders to understand their FP&A/EPM strategic agenda and provide actionable insights.
- Oversee EPM/FP&A implementation projects, including process assessments, redesign, and system selection.
- Manage work streams, ensuring delivery across the full System Development Lifecycle (functional and technical requirements, integrations, testing cycles, and go‑live).
- Apply deep functional expertise across corporate finance EPM/FP&A processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, proactively managing milestones, risks, dependencies, and change impacts.
- Create and deliver executive‑quality communications and presentations that clearly articulate complex business concepts.
- Build strong client and internal relationships while consistently modeling the Clearsulting Core Values.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business‑related field.
- 5+ years of management consulting experience in the EPM/FP&A space

* * 7+ years of experience in an internal company FP&A role. - Proven project and people leadership skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- One or more certifications and/or implementations in relevant technology (Pigment, Anaplan, One Stream);
Pigment experience is preferred. - Project management experience, including workplan development, milestone tracking, risk management, status reporting, and change management.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to or lead practice growth initiatives tied to revenue and margin outcomes.
- Experience building and maintaining strong client and internal relationships within a consulting environment.

CompensationThe compensation range for this position is $120,000–$156,000, with final salary placement based on expertise, work experience, technology certifications, education, geography, and alignment with industry standards. This role is eligible for a bonus program.
