Position Overview
This is an opportunity to become a key stakeholder and have a say in the strategic direction of the company. In this role, you will lead the Actuarial Team in driving financial business objectives through the delivery of high-impact, data-driven insights and work on complex actuarial projects such as financial modeling, data analysis, and visualization.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Actuarial Team in driving financial business objectives, delivering high-impact data-driven insights, and executing complex actuarial projects.
Qualifications- FSA with 10+ years of actuarial experience, including retiree health care benefits and individual insurance.
- Strategic leader who can help the team grow and communicate effectively to the C‑suite and other departments.
- Experience in Medicare Advantage, Med Supp, and/or Life insurance is a plus.
- Salary range: $200-250K
- Fort Lee, NJ
