Job Description
Merrill Wealth Management is seeking a client service support professional to assist Financial Advisors (FAs). The role focuses on delivering top‑quality client service, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring client advocacy within the FA’s business.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client service needs.
- Educate clients about the bank’s services and banking offerings.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials and follow up on all client and FA requests.
- Assist in aligning practices with the bank's policies and procedures to promote operational excellence and risk management.
- Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships by promoting bank offerings and integrating banking into day‑to‑day practices.
- Support day‑to‑day team activities, including covering roles during absences or seasonal increases.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and results focus.
- Client‑centric mindset, always acting in the best interest of the client.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Currently holds or is pursuing FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and/or Series 66 (63 and 65 accepted in lieu of 66).
- Industry knowledge and understanding of investment products.
- Experience working with clients, quickly fulfilling their needs and delivering complex solutions.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
- Detail oriented; demonstrates commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Exhibits judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Strong computer application skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce).

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Work ArrangementsShift: 1st shift (United States of America) – Hours per week: 37.5. The role may require onsite work in accordance with the workplace excellence policy. Internal employees currently working from home remain eligible to apply.
Compensation and BenefitsPay range: $25.00 – $44.00 hourly. Pay will be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan and benefits package.
