Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on financial modeling for diverse transactions

• Analyze returns and operating expenses on investments

• Summarize external due diligence reports

• Draft essential plans and investment presentations

• Research and synthesize real estate market data

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree focused on finance or real estate

• 1 to 4 years in transaction analysis preferred

• Strong financial and analytical competencies

• Experience with MS Office; knowledge of ARGUS a plus

• Communication skills in English and French are necessary
