Location:
On-site in Novi, MI (Remote work possible if living within 31 miles of the office)
Responsibilities
- Build rapport and leverage customer relationships with existing and potential borrowers to meet and exceed their needs.
- Analyze customers' financial situations and advise on appropriate loan products.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and follow up with multiple customers and files daily.
- Accept multiple live, qualified inbound leads daily.
- Lock loans at point of sale, request initial documents, and submit a paperless loan package to production.
- Structure and price loans accurately.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-time purchase or refinance loan origination experience; call center experience preferred.
- Strong desire to succeed in sales and be a top producer.
- Ability to correctly structure and price loans.
- Knowledge of conventional and government loan programs.
- Current NMLS license (must pass National test & 20-hour licensing course).
Desired Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Recent full-time loan origination experience, preferably in a call center.
- Current NMLS license.

Must verify identity and employment eligibility in the U.S.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to ten pounds, work in an office setting, and perform physical activities as described.
