Our ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive personalized investment solutions to help clients work toward their long‑term financial goals. They should be comfortable creating financial plans and cross‑checking work to ensure complete accuracy of information. Be coachable and bring a willingness to learn.

• Provide financial planning support to clients
• Support investment professionals to cultivate client relationships
• Prepare financial plans and check their accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
• Minimum 3-5+ years of Financial Services industry experience
• Must hold current licensing (Life + Series 7 & Series 66) or equivalent.
• Life license in Arizona
• Strong understanding of the investment business
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

• The ability to work with an existing client base lead
• Access to LPL Financials’ full open‑architecture independent platform
• The ability to build a strong book of business with Prudential’s exceptional referral programs
• The opportunity to create client solutions without proprietary product sales requirements
