We are seeking an Investment Analyst with 3 to 10 years of equity research experience to join our international investment team. In this role you will deep-dive into international markets across the entire market-cap spectrum and heavily influence portfolio construction.

• Deep-Dive Fundamental Research:
  Conduct rigorous fundamental analysis on international companies flagged by Renaissance’s proprietary screening models.
• Portfolio Influence:
  Provide direct, meaningful input into security selection, asset allocation, and overall portfolio construction.
• Sophisticated Communication:
  Clearly articulate portfolio strategy, investment theses, and performance data to a sophisticated audience, including institutional clients, consultants, and external research analysts.
• Model Innovation:
  Assist in tracking, evaluating, and testing the efficacy of our quantitative models to ensure a continuous competitive edge.

• Credentials: CFA Charter holder or showing progress in achieving CFA designation.
