• Communicating with clients about their administration
• Daily processing and checking of financial administrations
• Preparing outstanding items, payment lists, and interim reports
• Filing VAT returns
• Ensuring a complete and up-to-date administration file
• Handling corporate and income tax returns for a fixed portfolio of hospitality clients
• Guiding and advising clients on tax questions
• Independently flagging points of attention for clients
• Collaborating with admin teams for complete client service

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• At least 6 years of experience in accounting or taxation
• Fluent Dutch speaker and writer, both in speech and writing
• Affinity with finance
• Completed HBO degree (fiscal law, accountancy or equivalent)
• Eager to learn, works accurately, and able to work independently
• Clear communication with clients, even when it gets complex
• Curious, not afraid to ask questions, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy helping clients as best as possible
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus – enthusiasm for the sector is a must!
• Preferred: experience with Nextens
