Position Overview

Our Client is a specialized investment firm that helps busy professionals and high-net-worth individuals diversify their portfolios into non-correlated assets. They focus on providing tax-advantaged, recession-resilient returns through alternative investments such as private credit, real estate debt, litigation finance, and medical receivables. Our Client prides itself on building long-term wealth for accredited investors by offering sophisticated deal structures in a transparent and professional manner.

The Role

Our Client is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for accredited investors. This is a high-stakes, relationship-driven role that requires a blend of financial acumen and sophisticated sales skills. The successful candidate will guide qualified leads from their initial inquiry through the entire onboarding process, ensuring they understand the asset types, timelines, and projected returns.

This is an ideal position for a professional who can confidently discuss complex financial structures while building deep trust with high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities Investor Engagement & Rapport
  • Engages with qualified investor leads via phone, Zoom, text, and email to build long-term relationships.
  • Conducts discovery calls to understand the financial goals and risk profiles of accredited investors.
  • Proactively follows up with webinar registrants, repeat investors, and inbound leads to drive capital commitment.
Investment Education & Onboarding
  • Clearly explains the details of current offerings, including asset structures, timelines, projected returns, and tax benefits.
  • Guides investors through the critical onboarding steps, including accreditation verification, subscription documents, and funding logistics.
  • Collaborates with the executive team to refine investor communications and marketing collateral.
Pipeline & CRM Management
  • Maintains meticulous notes and status updates within the CRM (Active Campaign).
  • Ensures consistent follow-up cadences are met to move investors through the commitment funnel.
  • Analyzes investor feedback to identify common questions and improve the overall pitch and educational process.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in high-value sales, investor relations, or financial services.
  • Communication: Native or near-native English fluency with a neutral accent; ability to have high-level professional conversations with sophisticated investors.
  • Financial Literacy: Strong grasp of investment fundamentals, asset types, and private placement structures.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional listening, qualifying, and follow-up skills; must be independent and self-motivated.
  • Availability: Willingness to work alternating shifts, including some evenings and weekends, to accommodate investors' schedules.
  • Mobility: Ability to travel to the US to attend in-person conferences and trade shows as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Private Equity, Alternative Investments, or Capital Raising.
  • Familiarity with Active Campaign or similar CRM platforms.
  • Background in working directly with accredited investors and understanding "Reg D" or similar compliance environments.
