Job OverviewEntry‑level or experienced professionals are needed to support transaction capture and control for capital markets products, working the night shift from 4 PM to 12 AM.
Responsibilities- Process Capital Markets transactions and ensure accurate technical and market validations.
- Handle instruments including Equities, Bonds, FX, Money Markets, Derivatives, and Collective Investments such as Mutual, Hedge and Private Equity funds.
- Coordinate with Brokers, Custodian Banks and Transfer Agents across global markets (North & Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Australia and Asia).
- Assist with trade placement and settlement during the night shift.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Outlook and Excel a plus.
- Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in the capital markets environment and determination to learn.
- For experienced candidates: relevant knowledge of capital markets products (equities, bonds, FX, derivatives).
- A university degree is desired but not required.
