Financial Analyst
Corporate Development Analyst who plays a key role in driving mergers, acquisitions, and related strategic projects. Work closely with business units and executive leadership, reporting directly to the Vice President of Corporate Development, contributing meaningfully to high-impact transactions. Remote work available for U.S. candidates; required to be in-office four days per week for Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. hires.
Primary Responsibilities:- Prepare financial and operational proformas for acquisitions and partnerships
- Collaborate with home managers to validate proforma assumptions
- Assist with due diligence collection and coordination
- Upload and organize documents in the Business Development Team Room
- Complete assigned Corporate Development spreadsheets
- Update records in M&A databases
- Copy and distribute records, policies, and other documents as directed
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in corporate M&A, finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or public accounting
- Exposure to financial modeling and valuation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Proven solid quantitative and analytical skills
Qualification:
- 3+ years in a financial or investment-related institution
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility requirements). We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
