SR Business Loan Underwriter​/Credit Analyst

Sound Credit Union is currently seeking a SR. Business Loan Underwriter / Credit Analyst to join our team! If you have a passion for credit analysis and underwriting on a variety of different business loan types, this position is an ideal opportunity for you.

Target salary range: $44.04 - $55.05 depending on experience and education. Full salary range: $44.04 - $66.06.

• Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and underwriting for various business loan types, including but not limited to investment CRE, owner-occupied CRE, SBA, C&I, and lines of credit.
• Review and complete assigned Annual Loan Reviews (ALRs).
• Collaborate with Business Loan Officers on loan structure and ensure a complete credit presentation to best represent the credit to decision makers.

• 4+ years of experience in the business credit and underwriting field required, preferably in a financial institution.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Must be bondable.
• Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.

Hybrid schedule Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.
