The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a key role in the organization’s financial planning and analysis. Reporting to the Director of Finance FP&A, they are responsible for transforming complex financial and operational data into strategic analyses that support executive decision‑making.

The incumbent actively contributes to advanced financial modeling, in-depth performance analysis, and data mining to identify trends, opportunities, and business recommendations.

• Translate financial data into value-added strategic analyses.
• Monitor financial performance and explain variances (budget, forecasts, actual).
• Develop advanced financial models (budgets, forecasts, scenarios).
• Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend concrete actions.
• Design dashboards and KPIs to support decision‑making.
• Contribute to the evolution of FP&A practices and the optimization of processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.).
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of financial statements.
• Strong experience in automation and SQL scripting for data extraction.
• Sharp analytical mind, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and influence others using data.

• Excellent command of French (written and spoken).
• Good command of English (written), a significant asset.
