Merrill Wealth Management – Client Service Associate
Provide client service support to multiple Financial Advisors (FAs), ensuring operational excellence and client advocacy.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent client service, educating clients on all banking services and offerings.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials and follow up on all client and FA requests.
- Assist in adherence to bank policies and procedures to support operational excellence, protect clients, and manage risk.
- Develop, deepen, and maintain client relationships by promoting bank offerings and integrating banking into day‑to‑day practices.
- Support day‑to‑day team activities, covering roles during absences or seasonal increases, with a client‑first mindset.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and focus on results.
- Client‑centric mindset, always acting in best interest of the client.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Current or pursuing FINRA SIE, Series7, and/or Series
66 (or 63/65 in lieu of 66). - Industry knowledge and understanding of investment products.
- Experience working with clients and delivering complex solutions quickly.
- Comfortable in fast‑paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
- Detail oriented, with commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Strong computer skills:
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce. - Professional verbal and written communication skills.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Work DetailsShift: 1st shift (United States of America) – Hours per week: 37.5.

Internal employees currently working from home are eligible to apply; selected candidates may be required to work onsite in accordance with workplace excellence policy.
Compensation & BenefitsPay range: $25.00 - $44.00 hourly; discretionary incentive eligible. Eligible to participate in annual discretionary plan based on performance.
