Branch Office Administrator (BOA)BOAs team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long‑term financial goals. The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors.
Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You will play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. - Client Service:
Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. - Account Management:
Learn and understand the financial services industry. Handle account opening, account transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. - Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently under the direction of the financial advisor. Manage scheduling, prepare materials for client meetings, handle correspondence, support marketing initiatives, streamline processes with updated SOPs, and execute the branch business plan strategically. - Technology:
Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm‑provided software.
