Job Summary
Fraud and Non-Fraud Investigations Senior Specialist – FNBO. Protect customers from fraud, investigate billing disputes, and support the Credit Card Recovery department with investigations, investigations, and claim management.
Responsibilities- Communicate with customers who have experienced fraud or a billing error, reassuring them that FNBO has their back.
- Determine the validity of disputes and hold customers accountable if necessary.
- Conduct in–depth investigations and attempt to identify suspects.
- Contact law enforcement when necessary and provide important information.
- Research and submit suspicious activity referrals.
- Understand chargeback life cycles for Visa and Mastercard.
- Review responses from merchants and respond accurately and professionally.
- Ensure all work complies with Federal Regulation Z and meets the required standard.
- Perform basic accounting and ensure customer accounts balance after an investigation.
- Assist the Bank Card Recovery department by investigating claims of fraud and billing disputes on accounts in collections.
- Effectively manage time to meet or exceed production goals.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Basic PC skills; ability to master software such as File Net, TBS, CRT.
- Minimum nine months of customer service experience.
- Basic accounting skills and ability to balance accounts.
- Credit card dispute and chargeback experience.
- Familiarity with the credit card or banking industry.
Base pay range: $37,454.00 – $59,927.00. Final compensation offer may vary based on work experience, education, and skill level.

The incumbent will work onsite during the initial training period. After training, remote work may be possible, with digital collaboration tools and regular communication. Location and onsite duration may change based on business needs.
