Our Finance team works with teams across the company to ensure Danone continues to grow. By joining our Finance team, you will anticipate and evaluate the financial impact of decisions and find the right way forward. We are currently looking to hire an Analyst / Senior Analyst, Category Finance

In this role your primary responsibilities will include supporting our planning processes (including actual reviews and forecast updates for our annual, quarterly and monthly processes), providing analytical support on financial performance and cross-functional team requests (marketing/sales/operations/accounting). You will support the FP&A team to develop high-quality commentary to communicate performance drivers and root causes of variance.

More specifically…

• You will analyze actuals performance and advise team on forward-looking adjustments
• You will support the GPS forecasts, working closely with the team and our cross-functional partners to develop and communicate those forecasts
• You will support cross-functional alignment and required reporting/management deliverables for the month-, quarter- and year-end closes as needed
• You will grow yourself and participate in the improvement of financial processes and ways of working of the Business Unit
• You will support the team in ad-hoc analyses and support decision making process within the Happy Family BU

The salary range for this position is $75k-95k USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. This role is considered a “hybrid” position that allows for flexible work, meaning it is a role where collaboration with key stakeholders in Danone Hubs occurs. While you may have the option to work from home on a schedule as agreed to with your supervisor, you are also expected to regularly report to your assigned office location at least 3 days per week.

• You have expert Excel skills, with the proven ability to produce high-end work products suitable for analysis, with the ability to manage ad hoc requests.
