Vice President Alternative Investments - Remote

Take the lead in alternative investments with iCapital as Vice President for Western Canada, focusing on sales growth. Drive engagement with advisors and enhance distribution capabilities in a remote environment.

This senior role within iCapital’s Canadian Alternatives Distribution unit requires seasoned expertise in investment solutions. You will engage with registered dealers, investment advisors, and family offices to promote alternative investments. Your consultative sales approach will deepen relationships while scaling distribution efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build expertise in private equity, real estate, and hedge fund strategies

• Execute a regional coverage plan to boost iCapital’s presence

• Acquire new relationships and provide client service

• Educate advisors on alternative investments for client portfolios

• Collaborate with leadership to refine coverage models

Requirements:

• 10+ years in client-facing roles within Canadian investments

• Bachelor's degree and experience in diverse investment strategies

• Established connections with Canadian banks and independent dealers

• CFA or CAIA certification preferred

• Strong communication and presentation skills
