Position: Remote Mortgage Retention Advisor BMO
Become a key player at BMO as a Mortgage Retention Advisor, focusing on retaining and optimizing mortgage renewals while working remotely. The role requires fluency in both French and English.

As a full-time, permanent employee, you’ll work 37.5 hours weekly with a flexible Monday through Saturday schedule. This position enables you to leverage your knowledge of home financing products and contact center operations to drive sales growth. You will aim to enhance the customer experience by delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert advice on mortgage financing and renewals

• Drive sales through inbound and outbound customer interactions

• Manage and document client interactions for accurate processing

• Escalate complex issues as necessary to management

• Ensure compliance with all bank and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Preferred 2-3 years relevant experience in mortgage sales

• In-depth knowledge of personal lending products

• Strong verbal and written skills in French and English

• Effective organization and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with contact center metrics and operations
