Job Overview
As a Client Service Associate at Merrill Wealth Management, you will support one or more Financial Advisors by delivering high‑quality client service, ensuring operational excellence, and promoting Merrill’s wealth‑management solutions. Your role is to be the primary point of contact for client inquiries and to deepen client relationships through education about bank offerings.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent client service to bank clients, educating them on all banking and wealth‑management products.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials and follow up on all client and Financial Advisor requests.
- Assist in ensuring practices align with bank policies and procedures to support operational excellence and risk management.
- Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships by emphasizing bank offerings and promoting banking integration into day‑to‑day practices.
- Support day‑to‑day team activities, covering roles during absences or seasonal increases, with a client‑first mindset.
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 (Series 63 and 65 may be accepted in lieu of 66). If not currently held, licenses must be obtained within a specified timeframe if hired into a registered job code.
- Advanced industry knowledge and an understanding of investment products.

- Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.

Location & CompensationUS – MA – Burlington – 25 Burlington Mall Rd (MA9025)
Pay range: $25.00 – $44.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and skill set. Eligible for discretionary incentive award and annual discretionary plan.
