The core responsibility associated with this position is to provide end-to-end coordination and execution of all new business/customer connections main projects, from initial inquiry through to post-installation support.

* What You Will Do:

*** Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of New Business projects from initial inquiry through design, construction handoff, and post-installation support.
* Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective project delivery.
* Define project scope and develop designs, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies to drive successful outcomes.
* Oversee the customer attachment lifecycle, ensuring coordination, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
* Partner with Field Construction to plan, schedule, and execute projects, monitoring performance against timelines and financial targets.
* Manage financial and operational performance, including cost estimating, invoicing, capital tracking, variance analysis, and input into forecasting and capital planning.
** Who You Are:
*** Bachelor's degree or related construction, project management or operational training and/or experience.
* 2-4 years of related experience. For candidates who do not possess a university degree, an additional 3-years experience of related experience is required (total of 5+ years).
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed analysis and manage multiple projects to defined timelines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to learning new systems and tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders.
* Knowledge of pipeline construction, customer attachment processes, project management, and pricing models is considered an asset.
** Working Conditions
*** This role is comprised of both office and field work (80% and 20%, respectively).
* A valid  G  class Ontario driver's license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required which will be validated before hire.
* Occasional travel outside the region may be required.
** Salary:
*** Ranges from $70,000 – $100,000 CAD for Canadian locations (except Alberta) based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
* Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
