Reporting directly to the Co-ordinator of Accounting, you will play a vital role in preparing year-end financial documents and assisting departments in financial compliance. Your responsibilities will involve monitoring budgets and preparing claims for grants, providing support across multiple financial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and auditing financial statements

• Compile data for financial and statistical reports

• Record journal entries as required

• Ensure compliance with financial policies

• Maintain a capital asset inventory and processing transactions

Requirements:

• University degree in accounting or similar discipline

• 2.5 to 5 years related budgeting experience

• Proficiency in ERP Systems and internal controls

• Demonstrated workflow management capabilities

• Bilingual in French is an asset
