This permanent role is based at the head office, blending both in-person and remote work. As a Finance Officer, you will manage financial records, balance accounts, and support the annual budget preparation. Mastering technologies like Sage Accounting Software and MS Office will be essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calculate and prepare payroll cheques accurately
• Maintain and balance financial records and accounts
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
• Assist in the annual budgeting process
• Utilize ADP and accounting software for efficiency
Requirements:
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
• Flexibility and accuracy in task performance
• Must be a permanent or temporary resident of Canada
