About the Company and Opportunity:
- Our client is a non-profit helping college students stay in school and help them achieve the degree or certification they are after!
- Due to a vacancy, they are hiring an Director of Finance and Accounting.
- 100% Remote - if local they would request 1x month in office
- Schedule is Mon-Fri regular business hours 8a-5p.
- Pay is $86-89/hr depending on experience
- Duration: temp-to-perm, depending on performance, fit, needs of the business
- Oversee accounting and finance
- Budgeting/forecasting
- Audit
- Managing 3 direct reports
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree
- Net Suite experience is a plus
- CPA required
- Non-profit experience is preferred
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables / VLOOKUPs)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
