Valuations Analyst – 100% Remote
Detroit, MI
Responsibilities- Determine pricing strategies to maximize ROI for acquired properties and set disposition turnaround times.
- Collaborate with Sales and Construction Departments on pricing decisions, budgets, and construction scope.
- Value properties nationwide and ensure accuracy of all valuations.
- Meet turnaround objectives and prevent extended market time for properties.
- Handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Support the company in achieving its goals as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential property valuations/underwriting.
- Appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Strong computer skills and quick adoption of new technology.
- Fully remote work environment.
