New Vista Healthcare is currently recruiting a Financial Analyst to join the Revenue Cycle team at our home office in Blue Ash, OH.

Estimated Pay Rate: $21.50/hr

Job Summary:

The Finance Analyst is responsible for providing financial insights, budgeting, and forecasting to support clinical operations and mission-driven care.

Job Duties:

• Run reports
• Balance census
• Answer questions from accounting and communicate with facilities
• Work with Managers and Supervisors each month to identify any current issues or upcoming issues
• Mid-month projections/pre close
• Facility Monthly Reporting
• Denials
• VOB
• Upfront collections
• Back up for coding assignment to coders

Qualifications/Experience Requirements:

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma;
  Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance Preferred
• Experience:
  
  Excel required, Knowledge of Healthcare Industry
