Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. MT during training, then 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; hybrid schedule (3 days in office/2 days remote) after training, overtime as required.
Job SummaryThis position is responsible for effective and efficient completion of all new rate cards, rate card modifications, and special rate card requests. It also documents, catalogs, and maintains all rate cards in the system and provides prompt and courteous service to internal and external customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Effectively and efficiently complete all daily tasks related to rate card development, implementation, and modification using Excel.
- Promptly resolve rate card issues.
- Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Document, catalog, and maintain all rate cards.
- Install rates, forms, and eligibility parameters into contract management system.
- Manage and respond to emails in personal and shared department inboxes.
- Act as a backup to the Quality Assurance Associate by conducting thorough testing of rates.
- Participate in additional cross‑training within the organization.
- Complete special projects or other duties as assigned.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. Ability to actively listen, solve problems, be organized, and work independently or as part of a team. Multi‑tasking and adapting to changing priorities are crucial.

Computer SkillsAbove‑average computer skills, solid working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent work experience of 1–2 years in a previous service contract or business processing environment.
