Billing Manager Remote or On-Site

Elevate your finance career as a Billing Manager with Everest, either on-site in Markham, Ontario or remotely across Canada. Oversee invoicing, collections, and optimize billing processes while leading a dedicated team.

In this key role, you'll manage all aspects of accounts receivable including payment applications and reconciliations. Your leadership will guide the billing team to ensure accurate and compliant invoicing, drive process improvements, and foster a culture of high performance. Collaboration with project managers and finance teams is essential to meet deadlines and maintain contract clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all billing operations ensuring compliance and accuracy

• Approve sales and change orders in Netsuite

• Manage month-end billing processes and reporting

• Mentor and coach the billing team for top performance

• Drive automation improvements and enforce billing controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in finance operations

• Advanced Excel proficiency

• Experience with Net Suite is preferred

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy

• Excellent communication skills
